Primary Responsibilities Include:
+ Manage the census information system compiling data ensuring accuracy and availability of patient data demographics and statistical reports. + Respond to all requests for release of information and/or access to patient records in a uniform and timely manner consistent with the specific legal and regulatory requirements associated with each type of request. + Coordinate the receipt and response to all legal papers received by the facility in accordance with commitment statues in addition to court orders and subpoenas for patient data from the medical record as required by court documents received. + Perform Health Information Management Systems related work as needed to ensure necessary functions are carried out efficiently and effectively- Minimum Qualifications
