Camp Johnson, Colchester, VT 05446 Position Overview D2 Government Solutions is seeking two full-time Medical Records Technicians to support the VTARNG State Medical Detachment at the Green Mountain Armory, Camp Johnson. The ideal candidates will have experience handling medical documentation, maintaining accurate records, and working within secure government systems. Responsibilities Maintain and update Soldier medical documentation in designated government systems Support case file creation, record tracking, and document control processes Log, upload, stamp, and route medical records within required timelines Assist with readiness events and follow-up administrative actions Prepare recurring reports and maintain accurate case status information Safeguard sensitive medical and personally identifiable information Qualifications Experience in medical records, health information management, or administrative support in a regulated environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet recurring deadlines Ability to work on-site during standard duty hours and support occasional weekend readiness events Ability to work within secure government systems and meet all training and access requirements
