This is a full-time position consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, with weekend availability required. Our clinic is open 7 days a week, including evenings.

Are Not Limited To:
Greet and check patients in and out Schedule follow-up appointments Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Determine patient financial responsibility, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance Collect and accurately post patient payments (cash, credit card, etc.) Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Provide patients with basic information regarding office services, providers, and costs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and clinic environment Enter patient demographic information into the EMR system Scan and upload patient documentation into the EMR Operate and maintain fax, copier, and other office equipment Coordinate patient care and communication Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous medical office experience required Knowledge of medical insurance and the ability to explain benefits to patients Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Reliable, punctual, professional, and self-motivated We are committed to providing outstanding patient care and customer service while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
