$20-28 DOE Full-Time | Monday-Friday | I'm partnering with a well-established medical practice that's looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their patients. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience, this could be a great fit. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a stable, patient-focused practice where you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Manage the front desk and ensure patients are checked in promptly. Assist patients with general questions and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and documents. Scan, file, and organize patient records and paperwork. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. What We're Looking For Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or medical office experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a busy office while providing outstanding customer service. Experience in a medical setting is a plus but not required. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time (40 hours/week) Open to part-time for the right candidate Compensation $20.00 - $28.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
