Job Description

We are looking for additional staff to assist in front office work at a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic, duties include:
  • Calling and scheduling patients
  • Calling doctor offices
  • Insurance verification of benefits
  • Taking client payments and bills
  • Working together with other front desk staff and therapists
  • Answering phones Summary As a Medical Office Specialist, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility, providing essential administrative support and patient service.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing medical records, front desk operations, and clerical tasks. Your premium skills in EHR systems, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology will enhance patient interactions and ensure accurate documentation. Additionally, your relevant experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and multi-line phone systems will contribute to a seamless patient experience.
