Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working at the front desk , ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and providing exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Verify insurance information and assist with patient inquiries regarding coverage. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively. Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary. Job duties such as filing, data entry, registering patients are just a few of the duties you will be responsible doing. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery. Experience Previous experience in a medical reception or office management role is preferred. Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
