Azalea City Dental is a well-established private dental practice proudly serving the Eastern Shore for many years. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, supportive environment where both our patients and our team members feel valued. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and personable Part-Time Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our front office team. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, staying organized, and being an essential part of a busy dental practice, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for someone seeking a long-term position who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, communicates well with patients and coworkers, and enjoys working as part of a team. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Maintain an efficient daily and future appointment schedule
  • Contact patients regarding recall appointments and unscheduled treatment
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist with general front office responsibilities as needed
  • Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through each patient visit Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of dental office experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Experience with Dentrix preferred
  • Dental assisting experience is a plus Schedule
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Two weekdays: 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM
Most Fridays:
8:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM The specific weekdays may vary based on the needs of the practice. Applicants should have flexibility with scheduling. Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive pay: $20.00
  • 22.00 per hour , depending on experience
  • Uniform allowance
