Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and manage the provider's calendar. Verify insurance and collect patient information. Process patient payments and maintain accurate records. Assist with general administrative and clerical duties. Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus. Proficient in basic computer applications.
