This role involves patient scheduling, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phone calls , respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Confirm and manage appointments , cancellations, and follow‑ups Verify patient insurance , collect necessary documentation, and update records Process payments , co‑pays, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient files in compliance with privacy regulations Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow Handle patient reminders , recalls, and appointment confirmations Manage waiting room cleanliness and maintain a welcoming environment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic knowledge of dental terminology Experience with dental or medical office software-Dentrix Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office Knowledge of insurance verification and billing Bilingual-Spanish Work Environment Front desk/administrative setting Interaction with patients of all ages Collaboration with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants Work life balance
Monday-Thursday Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
