Job Duties:
Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Create a positive first impression by providing accurate information and assistance in person, over the phone, and through email. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously. Assist residents with questions, concerns, and service requests, ensuring they receive timely assistance. Record and submit resident and staff work orders and follow up as appropriate. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor and provider sign-in logs and ensure front desk records are accurate. Monitor building access and maintain office security by following established procedures. Respond appropriately to security system alerts and emergency situations. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide front desk coverage throughout the community as needed. Support the Business Office with general administrative and clerical duties. Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, multi-line telephone systems, and standard office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
Employment Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred. Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help you apply, if needed) Current 2-step TB test (available on-site, if needed) Ability to read, write, and speak English.
