Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize computer skills to complete various office tasks
  • Assist with medical receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure files are properly labeled and stored
  • Transcribe notes or dictations as needed
Skills:
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working as a medical receptionist is a plus
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and provide exceptional customer support
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
