You will also be partially responsible for patient intake, making appointment reminder phone calls, data entry, and making patient phone calls. Responsibilities Organize and manage patient medical records Accommodate records requests from physician's offices, legal entities, social services, and government organizations Organize pathology reports, operative notes, and photographs Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Call patients for appointment reminders Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and appointments. Handle filing, proofreading documents, and ensuring all paperwork is organized. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Support office management duties, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Preference for bilingual or multilingual skills, especially in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, Korean, and Vietnamese Previous experience in front desk roles or as a dental/medical receptionist is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client satisfaction. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy office setting.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
