  • 28/hour DOE Responsibilities Greet every patient with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule and confirm appointments while helping maintain a productive schedule for our doctors and hygienists. Check patients in and out efficiently. Collect patient payments. Maintain accurate patient records using our dental software. Assist with general front office duties to keep the day running smoothly. Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For A naturally friendly, outgoing personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A quick learner who enjoys learning new systems and processes. Comfortable using computers and technology and able to adapt to new software with ease. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and a true team player. Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Paid holidays.
