Folsom, CA Job Type:
Full-Time Compensation:
$19 - $22/hr
Schedule/Availability:
40 hours per week. Open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities:
Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards (Alle, Aspire, Xperience), and review visit summaries Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies
Requirements & Experience :
Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar experience in a client-facing, customer service focused role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately. High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual preferred
Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending. Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations. Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies. Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
