This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in running a smooth, organized front office and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. This vital role combines exceptional administrative support with outstanding patient service, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for every patient. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for healthcare, this opportunity is perfect for you! We value energetic team players who are detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service in a professional setting. What we're looking for 2+ years of front office, receptionist, or customer service experience (dental or medical preferred but not required) Confident multi-tasker who stays calm and organized in a busy environment Strong attention to detail, especially with scheduling and records Comfortable on a computer and a multi-line landline phone Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as alongside our clinical team Available during all office hours, 10am to 6pm (see schedule at www.theorthobee.com) Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification using systems like Epic, Meditech, or Athenahealth Schedule appointments accurately using(Electronic Medical Records) system Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers alike Assist with administrative tasks such as filing medical records, calling insurance, and supporting office management activities Join us to be an integral part of a friendly team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care through efficient front desk operations.
