Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Join a private dental practice where your work truly makes a difference. We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and confident Treatment Coordinator who enjoys building relationships with patients, presenting treatment, and helping the practice grow. This is a small private office where you'll play an essential role in both patient care and front office operations. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.

  • $26•29 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities•Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance benefits.
  • Present treatment plans and explain financial options.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Follow up on pending treatment to improve case acceptance.
  • Keep the schedule productive and organized.
  • Work closely with the doctor to help patients move forward with treatment. Qualifications
  • Previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
  • Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
