Position:

Administrative Assistant / Scheduler / Front Office /

Spanish Speaker Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling patients for their procedure(s)
• Questioning patients thoroughly regarding their procedure
• Outgoing calls to patients to schedule insurance authorized tests
• Filing paperwork
• Administrative work
• Checking patients in
• Knowledge of insurance eligibility/ Willingness to learn
• Making sure patients are cared for and admitted on time for procedures
