We are seeking a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Answer phone call Schedule appoitnments Check in and out patients Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients. Collect payment Utilize Curve Dental software to review and update patient records. Work with patients to explore financing options, including Cherry and Sunbit . Communicate effectively with patients regarding insurance benefits, treatment options, and payment arrangements. Prepare and submit insurance pre-authorizations when necessary, and follow up to ensure patients are contacted and scheduled once approvals are received. Support the team in ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to treatment acceptance. Collaborate with dentists, DA, and administrative staff to improve patient care flow. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish (required). Experience with HMO, PPO, and Denti-Cal dental insurance. Familiarity with billing processes (no direct billing required). Strong knowledge of dental financing options (Cherry, CareCredit). Proficiency in Curve Dental or similar practice management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
