Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently Verify patient insurance information and process billing and payments Collect and update patient demographic and medical information Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing
Skills and Qualifications:
