Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary Hanmaum Medical Center is seeking a motivated and organized Unit Secretary to support our clinical team and help ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic. This entry-level position serves as the communication hub of the office, assisting physicians, nurses, and patients with administrative and coordination tasks. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Support Welcome patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Assist with basic patient needs and provide directions within the clinic Answer phone calls and relay messages to medical staff Communication Coordination Serve as a communication link between providers, nursing staff, and other departments Manage multi-line phone calls and scheduling requests Medical Records & Documentation Assist with maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records (EMR) Prepare and organize documentation for patient visits, transfers, or discharges Administrative Support Assist clinical staff with non-clinical tasks and coordination Maintain office supplies and ensure the work area is organized Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required Conversational Korean and English required Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with computers and electronic records Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a healthcare setting Preferred (Not Required) Medical Assistant (MA) training CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems What We Are Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented personality Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment Someone eager to grow and develop healthcare experience If you are interested in building a career in healthcare and enjoy working with patients and a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.
