In-Person Pay Range:
$28-$30 per hour A patient-centered dental practice in Long Beach is seeking an experienced Restorative Treatment Coordinator. This position helps patients understand their recommended dental care, financial options, and insurance benefits while coordinating treatment from presentation through completion. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required because this position regularly communicates with Spanish-speaking patients regarding treatment and financial arrangements. Benefits Monthly medical bonus Paid holidays Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law Supportive and professional work environment Responsibilities Present treatment plans in English and Spanish Review fees, insurance estimates, and financing options Schedule treatment and follow up with unscheduled patients Collect payments and monitor outstanding balances Submit and follow up on claims and predeterminations Maintain accurate patient records Assist with phones, check-in, checkout, and appointment confirmations Collaborate with the doctor and dental team Qualifications Professional fluency in English and Spanish Dental front-office or treatment-coordination experience Knowledge of dental terminology and PPO insurance Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments Dependable, empathetic, and goal-oriented Experience with CareCredit, Cherry or other financing options. Experience as a dental assistant is a plus. The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $28-$30. The final rate offered will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills within the stated range.
