Job Description
Admin/TMS Technician We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication and people skills, a self-starter, and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive, while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. The right candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and both verbal and written communication. A minimum of 2 years office experience preferred, but will train the right candidate. We are seeking a candidate who will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician(s). The candidate's responsibilities include administering and managing specific clinical services, interacting with patients, and completing additional administrative office tasks as time permits. This candidate will work closely with our providers and clinical staff and will be responsible for daily treatments, scheduling, updating patient records, intaking new patients, and a range of administrative tasks. Primary responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Administer TMS treatments (training required)
- Provide educational consults to patients who are interested
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Intake of new patients
- Perform cognitive testing on patients
- Scanning and filing medical charts
- Following established treatment and office procedures
- Maintaining a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of related experience as a medical assistant (preferred)
- Proficient in data management software experience
- Experience operating medical devices
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Insurance Knowledge
- BLS Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Excel
- Psychology/Bachelors Degree
- Previous medical device experience Characteristics of our
