Job Responsibilities Assist in the management of patient records and documentation review to ensure accuracy and completeness. Utilize dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and processing billing. Support front office operations including answering phones, greeting patients, and handling inquiries. Maintain an organized filing system for patient records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and assist during procedures as needed. Ensure that the office environment is clean, welcoming, and compliant with health regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, reliable with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Pay:
$17.00 - $30.00 per hour
