This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values patient relationships, enjoys a calm work environment, and takes pride in helping a dental practice run smoothly. We are a family-owned, non-corporate husband and wife practice with three operatories. Our doctor believes in focusing on one patient at a time to provide high-quality care and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain breakdowns of coverage Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently Assist with treatment coordination and presentation of treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and communication notes Collect copayments and balances Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience Assist with minor dental assisting duties as needed Communicate clearly with doctor, hygienist, and dental assistant to ensure smooth daily flow Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients Detail-oriented with ability to multitask Positive attitude and team-first mindset Dental front office experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Familiarity with dental insurance verification is a plus Practice Culture We believe dentistry should be practiced in a calm and respectful environment where quality is prioritized over volume.
