Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits, calculate co-pays, and schedule procedures Follow up on pending treatment and maintain a high case acceptance rate Support the front office with scheduling and patient flow Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team for seamless coordination Deliver exceptional patient communication and customer service
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or front office role in a dental setting preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment presentation Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, compassionate, and reliable
