The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our medical Orthopedic facility The Medical Receptionist will manage patient interactions upon checking in, with support administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Collect copays and balances Experience Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role Familiarity with medical terminology . Proficiency in using electronic health record systems; experience with Nextgen Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and files.
