Job Description

What You'll Do Coordinate Surgeries for multiple physicians in our 3‑OR center Work Closely With Physician Offices to ensure every patient is fully prepped for surgery Support Front Desk Operations — check‑ins, phones, mail, data entry, and more Guide Patients Through Insurance questions with confidence and clarity Keep our workflow smooth, efficient, and patient‑friendly What Makes You a Great Fit High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred Experience in surgery scheduling or a medical office is a big plus Fast, accurate data entry and strong communication skills Calm, friendly, and service‑oriented — even on busy days Comfortable multitasking and staying organized Why You'll Love Working Here You'll be a key member of our Business Office Team You'll play a meaningful role in each patient's surgical journey You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment Every day brings something new — and you'll never be bored
