In this role, you will be one of the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help manage appointments, handle medical and insurance documentation, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties :
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments using
OPEN DENTAL
software. Collect and process payments Manage patient records with meticulous attention to confidentiality, reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy Verify insurance coverage File dental claims Handle phone communication with patients regarding appointment inquiries, billing questions, or follow-up care instructions. Maintain organized filing systems for Dental records and ensure compliance with clinical confidentiality policies Skills Proven experience in dental office setting with strong familiarity in clinic operations and front desk responsibilities 1 year minimum of Open Dental software experience Knowledge of Dental Terminology Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse patients Bilingual skills are a must (Spanish) Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, typing . Pay:
$21.50 - $23.00 per hour
