2 Bilingual Front Office Receptionist/ Discharge Desk Positions.
Position Summary:
We are looking for friendly, professional, and dependable bilingual front desk team members to join our medical office. This position is responsible for welcoming patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and assisting with daily front office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. Primary Duties Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route phone calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required paperwork Assist with basic payment processing Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and office procedures Assist providers, medical assistants, and office staff with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous front desk, medical office experience preferred Excellent communication, phone and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong computer skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable attendance and puntuality

From $20.00 per hour
