Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our growing Medical Spa team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your expertise in medical administrative support, appointment scheduling, and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be essential to maintaining efficient clinic operations. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software ensuring optimal flow of patient visits Maintain and update patient records within EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service and handling patient inquiries Manage filing of medical records, handle intake forms, and support office management tasks such as appointment reminders and follow-up calls Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical office administrative role with clinic or dental office experience Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Google Drive applications Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and filing tasks Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times Join our team where your skills will make a real difference in patient care!
