Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a Lead Dental Front Desk Coordinator who is organized, positive, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. About the
Role:
As our Lead Dental Front Desk Coordinator , you will lead the front office team while ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and family-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support front office team members. Oversee daily front desk operations and patient flow. Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules. Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates. Manage patient accounts, payments, and collections. Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy. Train new front office staff and ensure adherence to office policies. Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of dental front office experience
REQUIRED
(pediatric dental experience preferred). Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Bilingual, Spanish Preferred. Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures. Experience with dental practice management software, Eaglesoft, Oryx. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, dependable, and a team-oriented mindset.
