We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Our team is committed to providing an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door. Previous dental experience is preferred, and a dental assisting or clinical background is a plus. Responsibilities Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Greeting and welcoming patients Answering phones and assisting with patient questions Auditing the daily schedule to ensure proper appointment templating Updating patient records and documenting pertinent information Verifying insurance and payment information Collecting and processing patient payments Presenting and coordinating treatment plans Communicating with referring dental offices Performing general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and document management Assisting the doctors and team with special projects throughout the year Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and positive front office environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Dental office experience strongly preferred Specialty dental experience is a plus Dental assisting or clinical experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Positive, outgoing, dependable, and team-oriented We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with patients and referring offices, and wants to be part of a collaborative team focused on providing exceptional specialty dental care.
