Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process with excellent customer service and phone etiquette Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes Collect payments, process medical collections, and manage billing using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. Maintain accurate patient records, review documentation for completeness, and ensure compliance with HIPAA confidentiality policies Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and direct calls appropriately Experience Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with dental terminology and office procedures Strong knowledge of health insurance processes including Medicare, Medicaid, CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding, and medical billing practices. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation review and administrative support Bilingual abilities are advantageous to serve diverse patient populations effectively Demonstrated ability to handle medical administrative support tasks efficiently while maintaining clinical confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and office management experience Join us in delivering exceptional patient care by ensuring every visit begins with a warm welcome and seamless administrative support. Pay:
$25.77 - $31.04 per hour
