Redwood Medical, a premier healthcare destination in the greater Denver metro area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. Under the guidance of Dr. Brent Herron MD, our clinics provide comprehensive primary care, mental health, and aesthetic services. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate employee to work in a medical setting in a diverse role interacting with patients and providers. We are currently expanding and hiring in both Aurora, CO and Castle Rock, CO. Success in this role requires the ability to multi task, jump into different projects as needed, and impeccable customer service. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Cross train with medical assistants in order to be flexible based upon clinic needs. Requirements Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist. Bilingual skills are a plus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Proficient in using various office systems and software relevant to medical administration. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be flexible and willing to help the team as needed Must be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment
