Now Hiring:
Medical Receptionist We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service while assisting with daily front office operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Answer and direct phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information Maintain accurate patient records Collect copays and process paperwork Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer and office software proficiency Medical office experience preferred but not required Knowledge of insurance verification and electronic medical records is a plus
