Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate appointment scheduling, and effective communication between patients and clinical staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive patient experience and support the overall success of our dental practice. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment at the front desk Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes Collect payments in compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain and update patient records within practice management software Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, including intake forms and care plans Assist with proper billing and recordkeeping Manage filing of records and organize office documentation efficiently Support back office operations by coordinating patient flow and managing front desk activities Skills Experience with dental office management software Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing skills Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient service excellence and phone etiquette Ability to verify insurance benefits accurately Prior dental office experience is
REQUIRED
