Modern office setting We are looking for a person who is dependable, flexible, and professional. We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role requires interacting with patients and working with the rest of the office staff to ensure that all patients receive high levels of service from our team. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills and will work directly with the dentist and office staff to assist patients with services and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Answer the phone and greet patients. Arrange patient appointments with dentist. Be a good listener. Insurance Claim Processing Answer a telephone using a professional tone of voice. Send faxes and emails using correct encryption, grammar, and sentence structure. Understand medical terminology. Help with laboratory orders.
