As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our practice. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where patient care is our top priority. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Check-in patients, verify their information, and update electronic medical records accurately. Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient time management. Assist patients in completing necessary forms and understanding office policies. Collect patient co-pays, process payments accurately, and maintain proper documentation. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and use of resources.
