Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they walk in. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, scheduling appointments and answering inquiries promptly. Collect payments and maintain and update patient records within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems utilizing OMS Vision software. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Assist with administrative support tasks including filing and managing electronic health records (EHR) management. Support clinic operations by coordinating patient intake, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper documentation review and accurate. Handle health information management tasks efficiently while adhering to medical office procedures and office management standards. Skills Proven experience in dental administrative support within a dental environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus. Adept at using Microsoft Office suite for documentation and correspondence; familiarity with electronic health records management is required. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced dental clinic setting while maintaining professionalism.
