Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) - Norwalk, CT Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut is seeking a poised, professional Medical Receptionist to join our Norwalk office. This is a key front-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering a refined, seamless patient experience in a fast-paced clinical setting. As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each patient visit, delivering a balance of warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the flow of the practice. About Our Practice We are a privately owned dermatology group with nine locations, known for providing high-quality, patient-focused care. Our team is committed to maintaining a welcoming, well-run environment where both patients and staff feel supported. As we continue to grow, we value individuals who bring professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic to our team. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy Accurately collect and verify insurance and demographic information Manage incoming calls with efficiency and discretion Coordinate and maintain provider schedules Triage patient needs and communicate effectively with clinical staff Process payments with accuracy and attention to detail Schedule Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays offered.
