Medical Receptionist - Be the Heart of Our Front Desk! Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others? Join our Somers Family Medicine team as a Medical Receptionist and play a vital role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient.
What You'll Do:
Provide a positive, patient-centered experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit Learn and navigate physician billing software with confidence Accurately enter patient data and maintain up-to-date records Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointments Answer incoming calls, verify insurance, and collect co-pays Support clinical and administrative teams as needed
Minimum Requirements:
