Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator Nadimi Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing private practice. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment and are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients while keeping the front office running smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Confirm appointments and help maintain a productive daily schedule Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with insurance claims, billing, and follow-up Perform general front office administrative duties Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong computer skills Positive attitude and professional appearance What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
