Full Job Description Front Desk :
Seeking a bilingual ( spanish speaking preferred) Front Desk/ Medical Assistant. Must be able to live and work in the area. Work duties include but not limited to : Answering Phones. Verifying insurances. Getting Prior Authorizations. Schedule procedures. Other duties including handling supply chain and ensuring billing department is updated on all procedures, etc. Performing Vital Signs, ECG, and other testing that we will train for. Summary As a Medical Receptionist/Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential medical administrative support and exceptional patient service. Your core skills in medical office operations, computer proficiency, and clerical duties will be crucial in managing front desk responsibilities, medical records, and administrative tasks efficiently. With premium skills in EMR systems, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology, you will ensure accurate documentation and patient confidentiality. Your relevant skills in customer service, multi-line phone systems, and office management will further enhance the quality of care and service delivery in a healthcare setting. Join our team and contribute to a seamless patient experience in a fast-paced medical office environment. If have a medical assistant degree is a plus and can train you for other office duties.
