In the Front Desk Reception capacity, this person will handle scheduling, reception, checking in/out, and administrative appointment preparation so that the patient experience is pleasant and professional. The position requires proficiency in office organization and effective communication skills. The hours for the position are five days per week, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The qualified candidate will be responsible for: Greeting patients and their families in a warm and friendly manner Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Managing patient check-ins and check-outs Verifying insurance information and collecting co-payments Collecting patient balances Resubmitting Insurance claims Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical records Assisting with administrative tasks as needed Required skills are: 3 Years of Medical Office Administrative Experience Ability to work well with children and co-workers Vomputer literate with EMR experience Attention to detail and organization Benefits include: PTO and Paid Holidays Health Insurance 401
