In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from appointment scheduling to treatment planning. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage all front desk activities including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling Position if Monday - Thursday with some Fridays Review and verify patient information, medical records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate treatment plans by explaining procedures, financial options, and insurance coverage to patients clearly and confidently Assist with medical billing processes Manage phone communication professionally, handling inquiries about appointments, billing questions, or treatment plans with excellent phone etiquette Maintain organized filing of medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with clinical confidentiality policies Qualifications Proven experience in a dental office with strong front desk or administrative support skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite If you are previously cross trained as dental assistant this is preferred Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional dental care through compassionate service and efficient office management.
