Job Description

Front Office Representative - Medical Practice Up to $21 per Hour Nextaff is seeking an organized, professional, and friendly Front Office Representative for a full-time, temporary assignment with a busy medical practice in the downtown Bradenton, FL area. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer incoming calls and assist callers professionally Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars Register new patients and update demographic information Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Follow up on cancellations and no-shows Enter billing and patient information accurately Support daily front office operations and maintain an organized work environment
What We Need From You:
Previous medical office and EMR experience required (proficiency with eClinicalWorks preferred!) Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus High school diploma or GED required, background and drug screening required Why Apply?
