In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your administrative and dental office expertise while supporting the daily operations of our practice. Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and team members warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer a multi-line phone system professionally and direct calls appropriately. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using office management software and Google Workspace. Verify patient information, update records, and perform accurate data entry. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Prepare correspondence, proofread documents, and assist with general administrative duties. Collect patient payments and assist with basic financial transactions. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient patient flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment. Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental office is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience using Open Dental software is strongly preferred . Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Experience operating a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette. Previous administrative or office management experience. Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms, and office equipment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
