- Front Desk Are you a friendly and organized multi-tasker seeking personal and professional growth within a highly respected healthcare organization?
Our Front Desk Associates also:
o Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors o Verify demographic information/copy I.D. and insurance cards o Verify insurances prior to each patient's visit o Collect copays, coinsurance, and/or deductibles o Contact patients to confirm appointments o Scan all patient forms into the EMR o Answer telephones and direct calls o Operate standard office equipment including fax, photocopier, computer, and printer o Monitor incoming/outgoing faxes and scan documents into EMR in a timely manner o Communicate with patients and ensure their experience is the best it can be We're BIG onRESPECT, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, MEDICAL
