Medical Front Desk Receptionist Physical Therapy Clinic

Medical Front Desk Receptionist - Physical Therapy & Wellness Clinic Esencia Wellness & Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team in Davie, FL. This position is ideal for someone with experience in a medical office, physical therapy, chiropractic, wellness, or med spa setting who enjoys working with patients and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and collect copays Assist with patient intake and documentation Coordinate schedules with therapists and staff Maintain organization of the front office area Provide excellent patient communication and customer service

Qualifications:

Previous medical front desk experience preferred Physical therapy, chiropractic, wellness, or medical office experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with EMR systems is a plus

Position Details:

Full-time position 35-40 hours per week Pay based on experience and qualifications W-2, PTO and paid holidays available after 3 months We are looking for someone dependable, positive, and team-oriented who wants to grow with our clinic.

From $18.00 per hour
