Front Desk/ MA Enchanted Medical Aesthetics, Ormond Beach's premier boutique medical spa, is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator with cross-training as a Medical Assistant to join our refined and results-driven team. This role requires flexibility, including select weekend shifts, and offers an opportunity to grow within a luxury aesthetic environment. The Role As the first and last impression of our practice, the Aesthetic Coordinator plays a vital role in both the client experience and revenue growth of the practice. This position requires a strong sales mindset , impeccable professionalism, and a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness. Core Responsibilities Create a welcoming, luxury experience by greeting clients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Build lasting relationships through personalized engagement and thoughtful service Confidently present and sell aesthetic services, treatment plans, retail products, and packages , consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals Educate clients on available treatments and guide them toward appropriate aesthetic solutions Professionally manage incoming calls, inquiries, scheduling, and follow-up Coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless client flow Process client check-out with discretion and accuracy Maintain thorough and precise client records (experience with Aesthetic Record EMR is a plus ) Stay knowledgeable and continuously educated on aesthetic treatments, services, and industry trends Sales & Client Experience Expectations Retail or service-based sales experience is required Proven ability to close sales while maintaining a high-touch, consultative approach Confidence in recommending treatments and products aligned with client goals Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat, engaging, and poised demeanor Medical Assistant Cross-Training Responsibilities Assist providers during aesthetic treatments and procedures Prepare and organize provider trays and treatment rooms Perform patient intake and support clinical workflows Capture professional before-and-after photography Stock and maintain treatment rooms to luxury standards Support providers and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Qualifications Demonstrated sales success in a luxury retail, hospitality, or service-based environment Exceptional communication and organizational skills Certification as a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, or Nursing Assistant is a plus, but not required Medical spa or aesthetic experience is strongly preferred, but not required Ability to multitask with grace in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindsetThis position is ideal for someone who understands luxury service, is passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and patient experience and wants to grow within a boutique medical spa environment.
